I don't know how it would work on higher levels. But I easyly rushed to 3k with this build.

Core of this build is Drakkisath with Chromatic Scales and Frostwolf Shaman with Earth Shield to build a big resistent push.
I split my Core Hounds into two lanes to make that one push even stronger while also creating some pressure on the other lane that can't be ignored.

Chain Lightning and Blizzard can be used to clear some annoying stuff like Harpies, Zappers, Gryphon Rider etc. or even to make some additional damage on towers, depending on the situation.
I use Holy Nova with Amplify Magic because all my minis are elemental. Drakkisath and Core Hounds are tanky enough to profit from the increased heal. You can place the Holy Nova so you can get additional damage on minis or towers.

Dark Iron Miner is for taking gold mines, chests, or distraction. Depending on map and situation.
